Refund Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy last 7 days. To be eligible to return your product as agreed upon, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and it must also be in the original packaging. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and send an e-mail to info@anhardelights.com

There are certain situations where only partial refunds or no refunds are granted subject to Anhar Delights management:

Any item that is almost consumed before filing a complaint.

Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@anhardelights.com along with a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase and photo of the defective or damaged product.

Gift

Refund will be sent to the person who purchased and paid the product

Shipping Return

To return your product, email us at info@anhardelights.com to arrange pickup of item with our delivery partner free of charge.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary, but it would be no longer than 2 weeks.

Cancellation

Orders once placed and paid cannot be cancelled.
